The structure has 2 floors perfectly divided between night and day area.

FIRST FLOOR:

Entrance to a spacious hall beside which is a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge, oven, coffee machine and dishwasher. Bathroom and laundry. Very large living room with dining area, TV, sofa, fireplace corner and door to the veranda and the garden.

SECOND FLOOR:

Store room and lovely bathroom with bathtub. Four large, bright bedrooms, one of which with en suite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe.
This property is ideal for groups of people, adults, young people and also for couples or parents with children since it is wholly fenced.

ROOMS

The four rooms: Lahore Suite, Double room Cereopside, Double room Avocetta and Triple room Carolina are named after four of the species among ducks, geese, doves and wading birds, that populate the Breading Poggio di Ponte.

CAROLINA ROOM

Carolina Room, like the lively, vivacious duck, well adapts to the needs of kids or children always ready for new adventures. This room has 3 single beds and furnishings in line with the freshness of its young guests.

AVOCETTA DOUBLE ROOM

Avocetta, which is named after an elegant, marvelous wader, is a light-coloured room with a simple but sophisticated decor that gives a pleasant feeling of tranquility to its guests. Its romantic and chic furniture is very much in keeping with the building renovation.

CEREOPSIDE DOUBLE ROOM

It is a 50's style briar root room, named after an imposing, kingly and energetic duck, with strong coloured furniture in contrast with the rest of the whole structure.

Lahore suite room with private facilities and a walk-in closet, offers a perfect privacy even to the most demanding customer. With its sophisticated, modern furniture it reminds you of the flavor and the smell of wonderful eastern lands.

GARDEN AND SWIMING POOL

Pets are absolutely welcomed. The entire garden is enclosed for about 1,5 hectares and can accommodate also many pets. The private garden and the swimming pool for the exclusive use of the property offer moments of relaxation and fun, away from the city chaos. Comfortable outdoor sofas, deckchairs and sun beds are available for a stay in comfort. Patio and veranda, equipped with table and chairs, offer the right space to eat outdoor and cook any typical Tuscan meals using a wood-burning oven or equipped barbecue.

Parking is private and it is located within the perimeter of the area. The entrance to the parking lot is provided by a remote control for the exclusive use of the guests only.
