The Tabaccaia


 

The Villa is developed on 3 floors and has an independent entrance.

GROUND FLOOR:

Entrance to a large kitchen fully equipped with cooker, fridge, oven and dishwasher;
Living room with fireplace that can be used during the stay, sofa and TV.
Patio with entrance in the garden with an elegant table and barbecue for eating outside and a large outdoor lounge to relax and enjoy the view of the swimming pool.
Wide bedroom with a large wardrobe, one double bed, one single bed, a comfortable sofa bed and a large window with direct access to the garden and the swimming pool
One bathroom with shower.

FIRST FLOOR:

One single bedroom

TOP FLOOR:

A spectacular double room on the tower.
Each room has air conditioned and heating and free Wi-Fi.

ROOMS

The three rooms: Moretta room,single mignon and Collorosso double room are named after three of the species among ducks, geese, doves and wading birds, that populate the Breading Poggio di Ponte.

MORETTA ROOM

the very nice tufted duck gives the name to the principal room of our “Tabaccaia”
Located on the ground floor it’s nice, big and comfortable to accommodate from 2 to 5 people; with a double bed, one single bed and a very comfy sofa bed to be opened if necessary.

MIGNON ROOM

Like this little domesticated duck, the room located on the first floor has only a single bed but on the meantime it’s very cozy and comfortable.

COLLOROSSO ROOM

Red -Breasted Gees have a distinctive and unique behaviour, being that they build their nest close to those of birds of prey. Hence the Collorosso room is so apply named, being the highest room in the house. It’s a “nest “on the tower reachable with a small spiral staircase; with a romantic double bed with a spectacular view on the property.

GARDEN AND SWIMING POOL

Pets are absolutely welcomed. The entire garden is enclosed for about 1,5 hectares and can accommodate also many pets. The private garden and the swimming pool for the exclusive use of the property offer moments of relaxation and fun, away from the city chaos. Comfortable outdoor sofas, deckchairs and sun beds are available for a stay in comfort. Patio and veranda, equipped with table and chairs, offer the right space to eat outdoor and cook any typical Tuscan meals using a wood-burning oven or equipped barbecue.

Parking is private and it is located within the perimeter of the area. The entrance to the parking lot is provided by a remote control for the exclusive use of the guests only.
