Paradisea Residence is a green corner of paradise immersed in nature, at about 4 km from Arezzo one of the most admired, enchanting historical city in Tuscany. The property which is located at Via Igino Cocchi n.13, just 8 km from the highway and 2 km from the Arezzo International Trade Fair Center, is an ideal choice for a relaxing holiday, to go sightseeing in Arezzo and the beautiful Tuscany but also a great alternative for business travellers.

Its name and its colours are inspired by some of the most fascinating and important farmyard animals of the Breeding Poggio di Ponte.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia (11 persone) per una notte. La villa è meravigliosa, pulita,nuova,e a 5 minuti di auto dal centro. I proprietari disponibili e cordiali. Colazione abbondante e varia servita in simpatici cestini. La villa ha ogni confort, è molto pulita e con arredi nuovi, le camere molto spaziose ospitano bene anche il letto aggiunto.

The property includes 2 villas fully independent from each other. Each villa is furnished and equipped with all the necessary for kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Each villa has its own exclusive barbecue and a firewood oven for the guests. The 2 villas only share the big garden and the brand-new swimming pool.

The “Villa” is ideal for a larger family or a group of friends ,9 to 12 people with 4 bedrooms (3 double room and 1 triple room) and 3 bathrooms; 1 wide and fully equipped kitchen, large living room. During the summer, guests can seat in the fresh exterior patio above the pool, to enjoy dinner outdoors and the wonderful view.

Tabaccaia is ideal to hosting a family or group of friends up to 7 people. It consists of 3 bedrooms (1 single, 1 double and 1 triple room) ,1 bathroom, a large equipped kitchen; the living room also has a sitting area with a fireplace. The patio is well furnished with sofa and table to enjoy dinner or just to relax.
